Joining a group of people who are motivated to make changes to improve their wellbeing can be a cost effective way of seeking support. Groups are typically delivered over 5-8 weeks and are experiential in nature. You can be assured you are not alone in your struggles and the extent of your participation is up to you.

Nature-based support has a proven record of benefits for your physical and emotional health. Through simple invitations to interact gently with the forest, you can reconnect to your body and a find slower pace of being. Whether undertaken on a one-to-one or group basis, forest bathing offers restorative practices that can be integrated into your day-to-day life.
